Product ordering process and product warranty conditions of the store

The ordering process is as follows:
● After placing an order, the address and phone number cannot be changed in any case. To prevent errors
● The shop will check and pack the products for 1-2 business days (not including the order date).
The approximate delivery time for Bangkok and its vicinity is 2-3 business days, and for other provinces is 3-5 business days, depending on the carrier.
● Please take a video before unpacking the parcel and product box every time, as well as before unpacking and using the product as evidence.
● If a tax invoice is required, please specify it in the system for expedited checking.
● The shop is open every Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Store warranty conditions
● Please contact the store every time in case the product is damaged or cannot be used within 7 days after receiving the product.
● In case of receiving damaged or unusable products, please take a photo or video of the problematic product in use and notify us.
● Customers can bring the product along with the receipt to any Big Camera branch near their home or the brand’s service center for inspection. (Products are under warranty)
● Products and equipment in the box and packaging Receipt must be in 100% perfect condition. No product has been registered for use.
● The store reserves the right not to accept returns in cases of ordering the wrong color, wrong size, or changing your mind and no longer wanting the product in any case.
